Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
"Gofindr.ai" means Kim James Ltd of Office 111, 131 Friargate, Preston, Lancashire PR1 2EF (Company Registration No. 15384510, VAT No. 487183648, ICO Registration No. ZB723251).
"Permitted Use" means use of the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The Client must not use the Service for harassment, surveillance, intimidation, or unlawful tracking of individuals.
"Search Results" means information returned by the Service in response to a search request submitted by the Client.
"Client" or "Customer" means the individual or organisation that purchases or uses the Service.
"Data Controller" means the individual, company, or organisation that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. The Client acts as the Data Controller in respect of any search request submitted through the Service.
"Data Processor" means Gofindr.ai, which processes personal data on behalf of the Client for the purpose of generating search results in accordance with the Client’s instructions.
"Force Majeure" means any event beyond a party’s reasonable control, including but not limited to power failure, internet service provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, or governmental action. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from such events.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. While Gofindr.ai will use reasonable endeavours to provide accurate information, Gofindr.ai makes no warranty that any search results will be complete, accurate, or up to date. Clients are responsible for assessing whether any information returned by the Service is suitable for their intended purpose.
Suspension of Services
Gofindr.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service without notice where the Client has provided false or misleading information, or where Gofindr.ai reasonably believes that information obtained through the Service is being used in an unlawful, abusive, or improper manner.
Liability
Gofindr.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from use of the Service.
Gofindr.ai’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
