How to Purchase Credits

Once you’ve accepted our Terms & Conditions, you can start using GoFindr straight away.

If you perform a search and don’t have enough credits available, our AI will automatically prompt you to purchase credits before continuing.

Step 1 - Choose Your Credit Pack

You’ll be shown three credit options to choose from:

  • Starter Pack – 4 Credits
  • Explorer Pack – 10 Credits
  • Pro Pack – 30 Credits

Choose the option that best suits your search needs.

Step 2 - Enter Your Email Address

Once you’ve selected your credit pack, you’ll receive a secure payment link.

Simply:

  • Open the link
  • Enter your email address
  • Continue to payment

Step 3 - Pay Securely Through Your Banking App

To make payments quick, easy, and secure, we use bank-to-bank payments through Open Banking provided by GoCardless.

The payment process will:

  • Open directly in your banking app
  • Automatically fill in payment details
  • Allow you to approve the payment in seconds
  • Keep your banking details private

No card details are entered, shared, or stored.

This means payments are faster, safer, and handled securely through your own bank.

You’re Ready to Search

Once your payment is complete, your credits will be added to your account automatically and you’ll be ready to continue searching immediately.

How to Search

GoFindr offers three main types of searches, depending on the information you already have. These searches are designed to help you quickly find people, identify residents at an address, or trace who may be linked to a phone number or email address.

Below, we explain how to use each search type effectively and how to navigate through the results to unlock more detailed information. This can include details such as dates of birth, contact information, birth, marriage and death records, other residents at an address, linked relatives, and location maps to help you better understand the connections between individuals and addresses.

By following the steps below, you can choose the most suitable search method and get the most accurate results from your search.

People Search – Find Someone by Name

Use this when you know the person’s name and location.

What to enter

  • Full name, recommended
  • Town or city
  • Age, age range or year of birth, optional but helps narrow results

Example

John Smith in Manchester born 1985

Tips

  • Always include location if known.
  • If the name is unique then a search in the UK may work if location isn’t known.
  • Adding age or birth year helps pick the right person.

Address Search – Find Residents at an Address

Use this when you want to know who lives or has lived at a specific address.

What to enter

  • Full address
  • Postcode, required for best results

Tips

  • Always include the postcode for accurate results.
  • Useful for tracing previous or current residents of an address.

Reverse Search – Find Who Owns a Number or Email

Use this when you already have a phone number or email.

What to enter

  • Mobile or landline number, with area code
  • Email address
