"Service" means the website www.gofindr.ai.

The service relies primarily on publicly available information and records which are lawfully accessible within the United Kingdom. The service provides informational matches based on available data sources. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, search results may contain incomplete or historical information and should not be relied upon as confirmation of identity.

Gofindr.ai is committed to meeting and exceeding the data protection standards set out under GDPR. This Privacy Policy sets out the legal basis on which we provide the Service; the rights of individuals whose Personal Data is listed on the Service; and the rights of users of the Service.

What We Do

The service uses automated analytical tools to aggregate and analyse information from multiple publicly available data sources. These tools assist in identifying potential matches across datasets to produce consolidated informational profiles for client review.

To provide its people-search service and in accordance with the GDPR Processing Conditions in brackets:

Personal data processed by the service may include name information, historical address information, business affiliations, property ownership records, probate references, court judgments, and other information drawn from publicly available records.

Gofindr.ai has a legitimate commercial interest in enabling individuals and organisations to locate or verify individuals using publicly available information.

The consolidation of public record data reduces the risk of "mis-traces", where a person with a similar name or address is mistakenly contacted. Mis-traces can cause unnecessary distress and confusion. The service is therefore designed to assist users in identifying the correct individual using lawfully available information.

Search results generated by the service are provided solely to the instructing client who submitted the search request.

Gofindr.ai does not maintain a persistent database of personal profiles relating to individuals identified within search results. Personal data used to generate search results is processed transiently for the purpose of responding to client requests.

Operational query data and temporary processing records are retained only for the minimum period necessary to deliver the requested search results and maintain service integrity. To confirm all data related to both our client and search results is automatically deleted within a maximum period of 24 hours following completion of the search request.

Your rights with respect to personal data

You have the following legal rights:

  1. Right of Access – to request confirmation that we are processing your personal data and obtain a copy of that data.
  2. Right to Rectification – to request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  3. Right to Erasure – to request deletion of personal data where appropriate.
  4. Right to Restrict Processing – to request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
  5. Right to Object – to object to processing carried out under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR (Legitimate Interests).

We will respond to all of the above GDPR requests within 30 days.

In accordance with GDPR, where necessary, we may request reasonable evidence of identity to confirm that the request is made by the correct individual. This may include official identification documentation. Any documentation supplied for identity verification will be securely deleted once verification has been completed.
